Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

Bookings are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Payment is made on arrival unless otherwise agreed.

2. Participation

Participants take part at their own risk. The challenge takes place in public areas of Sarajevo. You are responsible for your own safety and awareness of traffic and surroundings.

3. Conduct

We reserve the right to end a session without refund if participants behave dangerously, illegally, or disrespectfully.

4. Timeliness

Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce total play time.

5. Changes

We may modify routes or tasks due to safety, weather, or public events.

6. Liability

Treasure Hunt Sarajevo is not responsible for:

• Personal injury caused by negligence
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Actions taken outside the scope of the challenge
