1. Cancellation by You
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session.
Less than 24 hours notice: no refund.
2. No-Show
If you do not attend your session, no refund is issued.
3. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule at no cost, or receive a full refund (if pre-paid).
